What if Kise was kuroko's brother? How does this change the story.

Her name is Katsumi Momoi. Younger twin of Satsuki and the complete opposite but one thing they have in common is basketball. No matter how far they are they will always have basketball with them but when they went to teiko everything changed. The twins who were never separated were now separated. Satsuki started to hang out with the GoM and her childhood friend also since he was in it too. She was never noticed because of her shy attitude and personality. She can't go anywhere without someone she trusts. Even someone touching her she will be frightened to death and stay locked into her room. When she finally starts to warm up to some people a tragic accident happened which made her move to America. WARNING!!! Excuse any errors. (eg grammatic errors) Point of veiw may be changed randomly. "It all started one winter night.." The Akashi household adopted a 5-year old girl after she had became Akashi Shiori's donor. The girl lived in the orphanage with no earlier memories of her childhood nor her name. Akashi Seijūrō grew to accept his little sister as a family along with his mother, and secretly, his father. He named her Akashi Shina, meaning 'dignity' and 'refinement', also granting her the 'Shi' syllable from his mother, Shiori. Seijūrō cares for Shina like she cares for him. He has her, and she has him. Things started to change when they have 'friends' enter the picture. Akashi Seijūrō found himself in a predicament, he, for once, hesitates to solve. It involves Akashi Shina, his dignified little sister.
