A barista and a hipster walk into a club... sounds like the beginning of a bad joke. But what can happen on an unexpected night between two half-strangers and a little too much tequila?

Loud, Lively, and kinda Sweaty. That's the words commonly used to describe Alexa's workplace. A bar where she spent almost all of her life working and occupying her time with. Being a bartender, she is used to serving customers their type of drinks. Until one night, a certain order for TEQUILA SHOTS was placed upon her. It's all boring and normal until she suddenly became acquainted with people she doesn't even know. Who knew serving a Tequila shot would stir up her free-flowing lifestyle? And give her the sudden mix of being a handsome drunk's love interest?

Things go out with a bang when a pair of law dogs catch up with the outlaws they've been tracking across Arizona territory. Flash Fiction - 496 words inspired by the prompt: "You bring the tequila, I'll bring the bad decisions."

"I can drink whiskey and red wine. Champagne all night. Little Scotch on the rocks and I'm fine. But when I taste tequila, baby I still see ya." This is my interpretation of "Tequila" by Dan + Shay for the short story contest "Styles of Expression."

"(Y/N), your sister..." Eggsy took a moment to breathe in, almost like he was trying to wrap his head around his own statement. "she's alive." My heart seemed to stop in my chest. At first I was in denial. The evidence, the facts... I saw the picture of her decapitated head. It didn't make any logical sense. But why would this be the first thing Eggsy wanted to say to me when we hadn't seen each other in almost a full year? Unless he wasn't lying. Still, I needed more proof before I got my hopes up yet again. "That's interesting, babes." I scoffed sarcastically. "This is the exact opposite of what you told me last time we were together." Eggsy's jaw visibly clenched as he swallowed the sardonic insult. "I'm sorry for not believing you then. But now, of all people, you should know how crazy it sounds." Rolling my eyes, I muttered, "I can't comprehend it. You came all the way to Kentucky just to bullshit me..." I began to turn away from Eggsy, when he grabbed me by my elbow and spun me back around. "We didn't just come here for you, (Y/N)." His kind, deep set eyes bore into mine, and with all seriousness he said, "Everyone is dead." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Y/N) had come to terms with her sister's death after the previous year and Valentine's genocide attempt. She had the perfect boyfriend, and an amazing job saving the world. She's sent spiraling again as rumors resurface and a mass investigation of her own family legacy begins. Having welcomed who she is already, (Y/N) must accept that not everyone is who they seem. Perhaps along the way she might rekindle her past relationship. Relato corto de uno de los personajes secundarios de la Serie Paraíso que sin duda nos sacó una sonrisa y quizá una lagrima. Mario el papá nuestro Potro y Amargado, nos narra un poco de ese maravilloso amor que compartió con su Margot, el amor de su vida.

Escribo por mera inspiración, y no esto no será una novela trágica romántica con la que lloras y te terminas tu paquete de pañuelos haciéndote deslizar hasta tu heladora, tampoco es donde sale el chico famoso del cual te enamoras después de mil y un intentos, claro todo esto después de rechazarte millones de veces. Un intentos, esto es ... más que la verdad, y quizá en algún momento te puedes sentir identificada, porque bueno estas son las cosas que pasan alguna vez en la vida. Te ha pasado que sientes que el mundo conspira contra de ti? que no sabes que rayos sucede? Si de eso hablare, de los buenos momentos, y digamos que no tan buenos. por las alegrías y los fracasos, que sin ellos, bueno. y claro no puede faltar las caídas, aquello vergonzoso y el mal de amores, que de vez en cuando ocasionan una buena resaca.
