As the youngest zero-g mechanic on the ark (as well as an engineer but she wouldn't dare speak of it in Raven's presence), Althena Chen was tasked-along with other senior mechanics-to fix up the dropship that would hold 100 delinquents on a trip down to Earth. When she found a last-minute mistake in the mechanism that could possibly fail this mission before they even touch the ground, what did she do? She quickly ran to the dropship to save them all.
