I give you this book that comes to you in three parts. The first Act is set in the year 2006, in the hallowed halls of Wilmslow Highschool. The second Act is set in 2013, shortly after the release of the self-titled album. And third, is set in present day. With renewed perspective on life. ~ Maple Trinity Hastings, or T as she's known, longs to find her place in the world. Being the only child of Alastair Hastings-an influential business tycoon, T has spent her life following her father's career across the globe, never staying long enough to sink roots. But after the sudden loss of her mother, T and her father relocate to their family home in Wilmslow, Cheshire. At seventeen, she decides to attend the local high school, hoping for a taste of normalcy. But her plans for an ordinary life are thrown off course when she meets Matty Healy, the boy with the sad eyes and silver tongue.

Violet and her new furry companion progress back into a normal life. Trying to remember what it's like to live and function normally after a three year induced coma, Matty is a new remembered friend to her. But the more she remembers her past life is he really just a friend?

Lauren get's the future that Matty had always wanted and what she had only ever dreamed off. Before they even have a chance to make it together, Lauren moves to LA to sign a record deal, living with friends, slipping into old habits but leaving Matty back home. Neither Lauren or Matty get the future they planned for but they have eachother which appears at first as a curse but is definitely a blessing.

Kurt needing to get away , and focus on music goes to stay with Dave for a couple of months.. Only to find he's living with a girl. Kurt and the girl fool around once, and things take a turn for the worse.

Imogen's life seems to be going great, until everything starts crumbling down. Luckily, Matty's there to catch her. But when a disappearance from 6 years ago comes back into play, Imogen's life is turned upside down. Will she still have Matty to catch her?

She stumbles into the heart of a certain band member she never knew existed. Feeling completely uneasy with her life and the way her thoughts take over her mind, he finds a way to steady her, but he's just as uneasy.

I wrote this story in 2 languages - Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mostly because I originally didn't want to publish this story, wrote only for my own entertainment. But I guess, after a long thought, I suppose I'm going to share this with you guys!:) There is a reason why I chose the title 'Toska', why? came from Russian word 'Toska' is explained by Vladimir Nabokov that quoted "No single word in English renders all the shades of toska. At its deepest and most painful, it is a sensation of great spiritual anguish, often without any specific cause. At less morbid levels it is a dull ache of the soul, a longing with nothing to long for, a sick pining, a vague restlessness, mental throes, yearning. In particular cases it may be the desire for somebody of something specific, nostalgia, love-sickness. At the lowest level it grades into ennui, boredom."

Your in high school and life is normal. Until your cousin matty introduces you to his bestfriend from wilmslow you dont know him because you live in Newcastle and don't really see the healys often it's now and then but matty brings george with him this time to your family reunion.
