It was a chilly, October night when I met him. His soft brown eyes and gentle smile lured me into his arms, and there, I found warmth. He was the sweetest person I had ever met, and something about him was alluring and there was a force between us that was stronger than a magnet. Where had he been all of my life; and where has he gone? My first true love was amazing and still holds a place in my heart a year later. I'm not in love with him anymore but I'm still fond of the memories that we shared, all of the conversations, all of the laughter, the good times, the bad, it's all there, replaying constantly. What did I do wrong? Why did he leave? Could I've changed his mind? What was he thinking? Those two years were the most magical years in my life and I wouldn't trade them for anything.
