It seems that this type fanfic are lacking so here is my attempt but it's summary time: As result of Operation Dark Winter, Directive 51 was signed in response to a possibility of a bioterror on the United States. After years of typing stuff and saving it to my computer i decided to just let it all out. So this isn't story but rather stuff that can be used in a story if you want. Most of them are already made from fandoms already, but I just thought they could use more emphasis since they were gone too quickly in canon.
