He was tall. Way way tall. His body seemed to be built like a predator. The way his eyes assessed every party goer, ever gaurd, and every servant, as though he were a jaguar assessing his prey. Then those silver eyes landed on me. The music, the dancers in their skimpy attire, the laughter of a conversation near me, the servers carrying food, all seemed to vanish. It was like the room dimmed and there was just a spotlight on the two of us. He slinked down the stairs, not having to dodge anyone, they must've parted ways for him, as he walked straight towards me. He'd found his prey and when he reached me he smiled and it revealed razor sharp canines, "Hello little monster." Waking up to find you've been kidnapped ranks about number one on my list of "Ways to be woken up wrong." Not to mention that after that, I get tossed into the dangerous world of the fey where I find out part of my memories are gone and... There's just something familiar about this world and the power I feel when I'm in danger. Can I ever hope to regain my memories? Who took them away... and where are they now?
