When Madison wakes up in the lift, the only thing she can remember is her name. She has no recollection of her parents, her home, or how she got where she is. Her memory is empty. A short story about a little boy before he got turned over to WICKED by his mother who knows she has the Flare and won't be able to care for him anymore. I was inspired by The Maze Runner by James Dashner and there are some characters that aren't mine but I have given a name to one that never really had an actual name but I don't want to spoil it (you might have figured it out already)so there you go. This is the new and improved version of my old book by the same name. I will be keeping some of the similar elements that made the old one stand out a bit such as the frequent point of view changes.
