Have you ever wondered what happened at the end of The Giver? Well know you can know with these last few chapters ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Story line/characters are not mine

This is something I am doing for an English assignment in school. I'm not the best at writing but I do try. Please feel free to give me advice or point out mistakes! Credit for the original book and book cover for 'The Giver' that this is based on goes to the author Lois Lowry!! :) This is what I think could have happened at the end of 'The Giver'. 108 in #englishproject - 30/9/2021

For as long as she could remember, Rosemary could hear things that no one else could... The story behind Jonas' predecessor.

As the sled gradually came to a stop Jonas could hear a faint noise. It sounded almost like a plane. He turned his head, but all he could see was snow. The noise grew louder as Jonas pulled his sled up the hill. Gabe pointed a small finger towards the empty field of snow behind them. "Plane, plane!" the young boy said. Jonas's heart dropped. There was no way, it was not possible. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Starts after the first book ends. NOTE: This is my version of The Giver Epilogue. I wrote it a while ago for school assignment and decided to continue writing it. Also I went a little crazy with the end because I was watching Bird Box #11 on giver - whoa 5/30/21 #3 on giver - WOW 5/31/21

The Giver never had an ending we were all satisfied with. What happened to Jonas? What was that "house at the end of the hill?" This short story takes place 5 years after Jonas's escape from his community. Jonas and Gabe enjoying their new color-and-feeling-filled-life, until they find a possible connection to the community...

What if Rosemary died before Jonas was born? The Giver is torn with grief but knows all because of the wisdom of the memories. He knows the next Reciever will be the best the community has ever seen, and the one who will change all of their lives- forever. The Blue-Eyed Baby discovers what could have happened before Jonas became the Reciever of Memory... All Rights belong to Lois Lowry, who is, by the way, one of the most influential authors to me. "What better story is there to tell than the past?" Set after the memories return to the Community, a girl watches through her window as the world changes around her. -- This was an English assignment, but I thought I should put it up here.

The town that Logan lives in is surrounded by 30 ft high walls. The town council tell him that dangerous creatures lurk outside the walls. Logan doesn't believe them and decides to go over and look.

Fiona, Asher, and Lily have now gotten new received memories and are going on an adventure to find Jonas, making friends along the way. (I wrote this before I read the other books)

Anthony, 17, lives in a place where there's no difference, no suffering, hunger, war, and, as you will soon see, no color, sex, music, or love. Everything is controlled by "the Elders". When he graduate, he is assigned as the receiver of memories. Will the giver teach him too much?

Alternate ending to The Giver by Lois Lowry. Jonas never made it to the top of the hill. With Gabe wrapped tightly in his arms, shivering for all he was worth, Jonas felt his consciousness slipping away. Did they make it? Was this- Was this the end? And then, through his blurred vision, he saw a light. And heard a voice. And held onto his hope just long enough to hear- "Els...whe...re."
