She doesn't have time for love, she doesn't know what love is. So when her world turns upside down how can she have a broken heart? But Nina is strong, independent and not about to be walked over. This is her story of dealing with a man who changes everything she knows.

He crossed his muscular arms and smirked at me. "So," his dark voice purred "you're here for the money too aren't you?" I stared at the tall strong boy with fear "Th-the money?" "Don't lie kitten, I know why you're here." he said behind the thick wrought iron gates. I'd deck him right between the eyes for calling me "kitten" but if I tried he'd probably kill me by stepping on me. "Um.. what would that be for?" I raised an eyebrow, trying to take escape the lowly lit estate but as I looked back a thicket of trees stood behind me. The boy in the tight shirt practically ripped the gate open while raising an eyebrow. She was full of life. He was as good as dead. She was that light, that could lit up anyone's world. He was nothing but darkness. She was a saviour. He couldn't save himself. She was Grace kennedy. But I guess it's my fault,I should have known that you hate me, and the only reason you would take care of me is, as you said, because of nothing but sympathy. So don't, don't you dare touch me. The other worlds have a ruler, and we become slaves to them. Our land a site of reaping, as they extract and harvest us for being selected as 'mates' to any of the four supernatural creatures. The reason being - the loss of their females in war. But this years reaping - 2052, awakens a new Epoch. How it starts and ends, we shall find out soon.
