This is a short fanfiction about The X-Files, post-Orison. (s7, e7) This story has Scully alone in her apartment working her thoughts and fears to the back of her head. After the earlier events, she's paranoid about closing her eyes and considers phoning Mulder. Only she's stubborn and refuses to bother him. Both are nervous to admit their feelings, but when they finally do, they realize that to avoid all the paparazzi and press, they are going to have to keep their relationship a secret.
