This fanfiction plays around 2012/2013. The Manchester duo Hurts play one of their last gigs of the Happiness tour when a certain woman in the audience changes everything. Some sort of dramatic romcom, if that makes sense. It's also an appreciation for their album 'Exile'. I decided to write in English even though it's not my mother language. A few years ago I started to write this story. At some point I still had ideas in my head but I just didn't feel like I could write them down in the way I wanted to so I took a very long break. But at the beginning of this year I re-read my story and suddenly it clicked. Out of nowhere I scribbled down a few notes and soon finished a few chapters. The thing that blew my tiny mind the most was the fact, that I used words, phrases, topics back then that later became topics of the following Hurts records.
