Charlie knew that his parents went missing when he was just a kid. What he didn't know, was that they went missing in books. On his 16th birthday, Charlie finds this out the hard way and gets sucked into different worlds with a variety of characters from Red Riding hood, to the white rabbit, to the Wizard of Oz. Throughout his journey, Charlie only has one goal, find his parents and go home, but the farther he goes, the more despair he feels, because these fairy tales, aren't as wonderful as he'd thought.
