This is, I guess you could say, a social experiment. I am told, that it is therapeutic to write down your thoughts, to get them off your mind. I have tried to keep a journal, but it didn't work, because I feel that when I have something to say, it needs to be said to someone. Some of the things that go through my mind cant be posted on Facebook because of family... That, and I don't need everyone messaging me to ask if I am okay or if I want to talk about it. And I defiantly don't want to start drama, if what I have to say is about someone on my friends list. I just need to say what's on my mind without having someone have something 'smart' to say about it. But I thought... why not do it here? Because A- It helps me get things off my chest B- It can let people know that they may not be the only ones feeling the way they do. Including myself. C- I really want to see how this works You can comment is you want to with suggestions of what I could write about or just any questions you might have. Alright. Here it goes.

Treat this as a journal or a diary or an autobiography of sorts. This is simply going to be a place where I can write down and share things I don't feel like I can share with others at the moment- I also want to find other people I could possibly connect with so I can feel less alone. If there are possibly any triggering things that will be contained within a chapter I will always put a warning at the very top and a warning when the triggering topic will pop up.
