It's 1919 and Charlotte Blanchet a French girl who recently moved to Birmingham - Small Heath has moved from France after her family passed, she works in the surgery and after a week or two a mysterious man comes and pays her a visit. 💌

After a horrible accident, Sophie decided that she was going to follow her dreams of becoming a nurse and moved to London where she completed her training. When the war broke out she immediately signed up to help with the war effort and was sent to France where she stayed until the end. However, just like everyone else that went away when she returned she was a ghost of her former self and decided that she was no longer suitable to provide care to her patients, forcing herself to leave her career and return home to Small Heath where everyone she left behind all those years ago still resided.

She died minutes after holding her baby girl and Arthur Sr left a week later never to be seen again. Samantha Shelby has been raised by her brothers, sister and aunt all her life. When the boys come back from war, she is four years old and does not remember them. Only by pictures and stories told by her brother, aunt and sister. She bonds immediately with them and it is like they never left. Watch as she grows up in the streets of Birmingham with a protective family who get up to mischief on a daily basis.

When I was 10 I lived in London with my father and his wife, Sarah. She used to hit every night and the worst part is that my father knows and sometimes he watch and laugh at me. One day, Sarah hit me so hard on the back of my head with something I don't even remember what it was, blood start coming from my eyes, ears and nose, it was the worst pain I ever felt, after I woke up in the hospital they told me I have this condition called "Heterochromia" apparently the color of my eyes have changed, my right eye is green and the lift one is blue. After 17 years, my father and Sarah were murdered by the hand of a man called Billy Kimber because my idiot of father has stole from him and I'm hiding from him in Birmingham.
