At first things are normal, until one of the boys starts to develop feelings for the other. Thomas finds himself torn between how he feels and how he's meant to feel. While Minho isn't sure if there should be feelings there at all. After an unfortunate turn in events the two boys find themselves relying on each other and their thoughts are thrown out into the open for everyone to criticise. Just a sweet thominho, there may or may not be smut....just warning you Thomas is a single omega, whose family have disowned him. He lives on the streets in a small cardboard box, with only two thin blankets for warmth. It is winter and he has yet to have his first heat. Thomas has had to beg and steal to survive, it's almost been an entire year since his parents disowned him. He is just barely surviving, until a lanky blond-ish boy finds him and takes him in. The boy, thomas finds is called newt. Newt takes in omegas off the street and helps them get back on their feet(newt is a beta). Everything seems to go well until newts friend Minho decides to show up unannounced. Coincidentally Minho shows up the day thomas' heat begins....is it really a coincidence?

The End is near. Very, very near. Two more after her, and it's going to be the survival of the fittest. But why is a girl sent to the Group A, and through the exit of the Maze? She is the independent variable, unaffected by others. She can control time. But whose side is she on? WICKED's or the Right Arm's? The trials are all over. All phases have been thread. Thomas and the other Gladers did reached their safe haven. Serenity and harmony awaits them, little they do know.. Lies, Betrayals, and Deception follows them in the Paradise. Their pasts will haunt them forever, and the future holds them together. Revelations will make them question who they really are. The WICKED failed to make a cure, for that is what you know. *I have my outline finished up to Ch 30 :D which is amazing.

A Maze Runner fan fiction. In which the gladers are in an alternate universe & Newt falls for the mysterious girl from his past. I don't own the maze runner, never will.

“Thomas?! Tommy! Thank goodness, are you alright love? I thought you were never going to wake up!” The blonde boy hugged Thomas, crying in relief. When he pulled away, Thomas stared at him, panic slowly showing in his eyes. He looked around wildly at his surroundings and back at the blonde boy. “Where am I? Who are you?” Everyone knew Newt and Thomas are together, or at least they WERE together. Thomas got injured in the maze while protecting Minho and lost a lot of blood. He woke up, 2 weeks after the incident and cannot remember anything. AGAIN.

And that's how they ended up all bloodied.

Will they discover more of the secrets which lie behind the the Flare virus? And will Minho ever discover what really happened to Newt? (Sorry...this is my first story, but I hope you'll like it!
