Arandur is the youngest daughter to Galadriel and Celeborn of Lothlórien. She has never been out on an adventure and desperately wants to. When she is given the rare chance to choose her own fate and follow Gandalf on a quest she jumps at the opurtunity. Little known to her she'll meet her true one and have to choose between betraying a friend or saving the one she loves. I do not own the rights to any Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit character, only Arandur and her background.

A very different view on Thorin Oakenshield himself. Everything and everyone was taken from him in the Battle of the Five Armies. This story takes place afterwards and is about how a lost, hurting king moves on with his life as the last possible dwarf or Durin on earth. We get to see how he copes by himself and finds a new life to live as a commoner instead of a royal as he was raised. Plus, I'm just really tired of seeing stories of new characters going on the quest with the company. The stories are always on the quest and stuff. Like, that stuff is getting old. So here's this story for you if you're like me. 😉
