The world did not notice when it changed-but something did. Ashen is a quiet, haunting story of a presence that emerges from silence and refuses to fade. As The World begins to sense it, what starts as absence slowly becomes something deeper-something that lingers, shapes, and remains. Blending poetic prose with introspective storytelling, this piece explores the power of words, the weight of silence, and the marks we leave behind without realizing it. Not everything is meant to be seen. Some things are only meant to stay.

My debut Ln, in which the protagonist Satoshi Katsurou goes through a seemingly ordinary death. Expecting to be reincarnated in heaven, he ends up in an afterlife that is just as harsh as the real world. Waking up in the afterlife Katsurou finds himself in a world where Death actively performs compassion, a son racing to godhood, and a daughter who can perceive what seems to be infinite possibilities. The divine family carries the weight of the world they destroy and nurture simultaneously, a world that they could destroy should they be off by a mere milliseconds. This story isn't your typical power fantasy nor is it entirely polished, the first couple of chapters are a deterrent but the later chapters (90+) are what makes this story worth investing in!

Not everything is meant to be remembered. Some things are recorded anyway. This collection gathers short fiction written across different moments, different worlds-each one circling the same quiet question: What remains when something is no longer meant to stay? These stories move through memory, identity, and the systems that decide what is allowed to remain. Some were written for competitions. Others were never meant to be recorded at all. They are placed here, now, as record. Contents include: • Lyrical, atmospheric fiction • Institutional and character-driven narratives • Fragments, anomalies, and recovered entries Status: Archive Entries Ongoing Update Schedule: New entries added every Wednesday and Sunday @ 7:30 PM EST Some records fade. Others refuse to. Additional essays and fragments can be found under The Quiet Archive.

I like to wonder why the present is the way it is. Why are we like this? Could things have been different? And how might the future be improved? In this space, I let my mind and my keys wander, exploring questions I find interesting and thought‑provoking. Why do we have to die? Is technology a good thing? How did life begin? I certainly don't have the answers. What I offer instead is a personal view, grounded in current scientific thinking, spiced with a few touches of imagination, and possibilities.

If my collection inspires even one person, it would make me delighted knowing that it made a difference. I always had a thing for nice quotes. I used to write them even at a young age. Whenever I see a nice line - be it from a book, celebrity or some other unpopular sources, I feel amazed by them, and then lately, I started writing them down somewhere so as not to forget. Now and then a beautiful line would just pop in my mind, and if I don't have the means to write immediately, I would just try to memorize until I put it down. I write quotes anywhere, if I think that I am going to forget. They are just scattered in places so much so that I feel the urge to bring them together. What's better than to bind them in a book? P.S. except the quotes that are from revealations, i.e. the Qur'an and Sunnah, there are always room for errors in human opinions, so I recommend the readers to use their own sense of judgment as well.
