Bill said, his voice weak. He forced himself to look into the camera despite the threatening tears. He looked at the hidden TV and at his next line but he couldn't bring himself to say it. Every time he spoke, the images of his Owen flashed in his mind and he knew he'd be fired for crying on TV. It's the news not reality TV, the manager would say. But he didn't care. He ignored the line and let a single tear fall.
