He is a protector, healer, warrior, wizard, ally, friend or a sworn enemy. Barely anyone knows him well enough to tell at least a part of his story, so he remains a rumor. But when Gandalf the Grey sends for him Nataen will be dragged into an unexpected adventure. The story of their journey will spread across Middle Earth and lift the shadows that surround him a little bit. Disclaimer: This story was inspired by the "Blue Swords" trilogy, written by Frayedapart. If you are a fan of the Hobbit or the Lord of the Rings you should pay the profile of Frayedapart a visit. There are many more fanfictions about those books. Like "Blue Swords" this book includes a romantic relationship between Legolas and the male Oc. Those who are uncomfortable with this kindly move on to another book.

Set in the magical World of Middle-Earth, Gems and the Rings tells the story of the royal Elven lineage of Lothlórien, starting when Gil-galad inherits powerful Rings of Power and falls in love with Amihan, a fairy Sang'gre from Encantadia who saves his life; together they raise a family of children blessed with both Elven magic and Sang'gre elemental abilities, who are gifted ancient Gems and rings to become the next generation of protectors. The story ends with the heroes victorious but facing a new challenge: critically wounded Frodo must be taken through a magical portal to Encantadia to be healed, leading them away from Middle-Earth toward a new realm and new adventures.

PREQUEL TO HOBBIT Richard Armitage: About Thorin [I would ask Tolkien] "Was there ever a lost love?" Because he seems to be someone who is so without that kind of personal love. And I sort of did create that for myself in the biography; that maybe there was somebody - a princess or someone - in Erebor that got lost when the dragon came. Because he doesn't really have that romantic relationship in his life. Fanfic about what happend before the dragon took over Erebor. A love story between a young dwarf prince of Erebor and a dwarf princess of Ered Mithrin. THIS STORY is absolutely fictional.
