Katsu is the twin of Captain Toshiro Hitsuguya of squad 10, he is a violent, annoying nuisance to Toshiro and what's him out of the way. Toshiro thinks ignoring him is the best solution but him ignoring Katsu could change fate and make problems in soul society worse.
