A story set in the 1950s in a rural area: The tale revolves around a 14-year-old girl named Chavi, who is married off to the zamindar (landlord) of the village, a 22-year-old man. My husband and his brother are identical twins.The best part was that ours was an arranged marriage.Relatives and friends kept teasing me and telling me to check carefully. Somehow I could tell them apart quite well but that was mainly because I knew his personality.Anybody else who would see them from a distance and not talk to them was bound to make a mistake.
