A Deputy U.S. Marshal Bray Colt, age twenty-six, who has evaded capture for years, is assigned to a multi-agency task force in Manhattan, New York, to apprehend a notorious fugitive named John Luxenberg. The challenges and risks involved in tracking down the fugitive John Luxenberg, who escaped a maximum security prison who is also charged with narcotics trafficking, possession of a firearm, and other charges. But not only John is a fugitive, but he had also killed a friend of Bray's named Toby Elias, who was a part of the U.S. Marshals Service's while going undercover. John is a part of the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted List and Bray must collaborate with different law enforcement and federal agencies, like the FBI, including the NYPD and other agencies to chase down John and prevent him from committing more serious crimes, and Bray must work hard to ensure that Toby gets the justice he deserves. Will John ever confess on why he murdered Troy and if he does-how will Bray handle the situation?
