John is a part of the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted List and Bray must collaborate with different law enforcement and federal agencies, like the FBI, including the NYPD and other agencies to chase down John and prevent him from committing more serious crimes, and Bray must work hard to ensure that Toby gets the justice he deserves. Will John ever confess on why he murdered Troy and if he does-how will Bray handle the situation?
