After a number of nightmares, mental institution prisoner #437B is offered an appointment to a therapist. During the visit, he reveals his horrifying story of how he and four other men battled a non-human force in the forest while in the midst of World War II, and shall be haunted forevermore.

What will main characters Phillis Solomon and Akira Delaney do when they wake up in a seemingly abandoned maze with dangerous traps waiting for them? Will they make it out and stop whomever put them here, or will they forever wander the maze in search of the end? Lets find out!
