Being a dreamer is one thing, achieving those dreams is another.
Shrey Mehra was a dreamer for most of his life and an inspiration for the rest of his life. At 28, he's been playing for India for 8 years now, one of the very few players who've had the pleasure to win almost all ICC cups as well as the IPL cup in such a short time. Loved by millions, cherished by his teammates, respected and envied by his opponents.
Mehra knows he's loved, but he couldn't stop wondering who he is without cricket? Because before all the limelight, he really didn't know what it was to be loved, well maybe except from that one person.
Ramya Dheer loves her life, well mostly. And her only goal in life is to make other people love their lives as well. She's a mainly psychologist, but also a traveller, a social worker, a philanthropist, a singer, and the list goes on.
Ramya is privileged, and not only does she know it ,but she uses her privilege in the best way. She resides in London with some of her best friends, she helps people, she works hard, parties harder.
Her only motto in life is to have no regrets. And when she looks at her ex boyfriend, now a successful cricketer, she doesn't regret letting him go, if anything she's happy she wasn't something that held him back.
"Kuch pane ke liye, kuch toh khona parta hain."
("In order to gain something, you've to lose something in return" )
They both firmly believed in this particular saying when they chose their dreams over their love.
Ramya still believes in it, or at least she tells herself she does.
Shrey on the other hand, thinks that was absurdity. He has won so many times, he has won so many titles people tell him all the time he cannot have it all. But why not? is his only response. He has lost once in life and he regrets it, every time he wins.
