Trepidation Stories

My first post!! a little poem I wrote based off a personal experience. To me the writing process of this poem was really cathartic in that I was able to really portray the vulnerability of that moment in a way that felt authentic to my experience. It's also meant to be broad in a sense which allows readers to project their own emotions or experiences on the situation. Hope you enjoy ! please leave any feedback you have I'd love to hear it good or bad! I'm always looking to improve my writing skills.

This is my very first piece of poetry

Oorvi Darshini, the best daughter ( as her mom says) had become weak in the sight of what lay before her. She stared at the email on her screen. Yes. It. Is. Just. An. Email. But enough to make her life- the life she'd worked so hard to build----begin to crumble around her. It costs a miracle to save the havoc. Was she lucky enough to get the miracle? In between who could be the one who caused the chaos?

I wrote this years ago and only reuploaded it in a desperate attempt for serotonin. Maybe one day I'll edit it but until then When you put a frog in boiling water it'll jump out immediately however, if you put a frog in lukewarm water and slowly turn the at up, the frog won't notice until it's to late. Selene Ketchum little sister of Ash Ketchum, except she hardly remembers him, Selene has only seen her brother in pictures and even though she has loving friends she still misses her big brother. Gladion and Lillie Aether have been friends with the Ketchums since they were 5 and 6 respectively. Both of them hate seeing their dear friend saddened about Ash's disappearance. Will the Ketchums reunite, will Ash's past catch up with him, will gladion and Lillie succumb to their feelings, find out by reading this story.
