So he took out the four walkers and went inside with his gun, When he went inside the noise was upstairs in one of the bedrooms was a woman that was giving birth. And thats when Shane Walsh meets Elizabeth Smith a pregnant 23 year old woman and falls for her really quickly. [Season 1 & Season 2]
