Full disclosure... I wrote this story years ago during the 1980s when still in college. It started as a class journaling project. As disclosed in the story, the writing was motivated when I attended Kim's wedding, the friend from the story who was Vickie's college roommate and, to this day, her lifelong friend since grade school. There were recent tweaks made to the content, near its end, that were [a]rtificially [i]nfluenced in the style of one of my favorite authors, Sam Shepard. In general, the story is about those moments in life that shape us and is a journey through young love. Enjoy-

This is a story about 2 best friends who happen to visit an old and abandoned bowling alley and they found the strangest turn of events that will have them travelling and searching for a dying man to deliver a picture and the diary. As the story progress Taylor and Shane was bound to get closer and they found themselves wondering if they will be taking on a new different kind of relationship which is a lot more special than being best friends.
