The City of Birchwoods is ransacked with groups of villains and heroes. Sometimes it can be hard to be big there, but this group of villains strive to be recognized, even though they do but in a laughable way. With them being on the bottom of the food chain, meaning that the police don't even bother dealing with them, heroes think they are laughable, and even other villains beat them up for messing something up. Now they will take a stand, something will change, for better or for far worse. They will reach the top, it just might take a few tumbles, and they will tumble hard.
