In the aftermath of a nuclear war, a father and his 11-year-old daughter set out on a journey to find his wife. They must survive off the land, evading gangs and Russian soldiers, as they make their way from Colorado to Alaska. The story follows the life of David, a young man whose reckless and unusual past (previously being the spotlight of his team mates and coworkers), made him want to be alone for the rest of his life; before, following his life principles where he devoted to protect those whom he cared, he now finds himself in a dead end with no one to protect or care for, (living with apparently no goal in his life), until an unexpected meeting happens with someone who might change it all and again, he might live once again for said principles he abandoned, however David finds himself reluctant to help this person even when he promised to help those who needed a helping hand and this person is one of these. Why is this? Could it be the result of a series of unfortunate episodes in his life or maybe the young man just got tired of fighting for his principles and the cause he once used to believe and fight for? I was telling Bruno Mars about how the Military will be like so He was opened about it. Well of course! Instead of farting after the training, why not we hang out first. Bruno lectured me, grounded me because He thinks I was a farty pants but man! Haha stop talking about a fart, it's nasty man! Well we can't cut the cheese because Future Soldier Training is coming up soon.

In 1966, a mid-air collision results in a bomb falling near the drought-stricken Spanish village of Palomares. Eduardo Garcia, the local mayor, considers the unexploded bomb a gift from the gods and makes a deal to return it to the USAF in exchange for a new well. Unfortunately, Basque separatists have different ideas. They steal the bomb to use in a plot to assassinate General Franco, unaware that it is a thermonuclear device. Eduardo, with the help of streetwise American sergeant John Delgado, sets out to recover the weapon needed to secure his community's water supply. Oh ... and avert a nuclear disaster. NOTE: This story is fictional but is based on a real event (see Author's Notes).
