You passed out drinking alcohol and drugs?" even her boyfriend broke up. Her parents were crazy mad. She decided to suicide. And it was posted again. This time. Ok, so my name is Alana and lots of things have happened over the last few years. So, I am putting all of my secrets and desires into this story... oh wait. This is like a diary. Whatever!

Me making more shameless wholesome versions of horror movies, and making horrible characters into likeable people lel This was mainly inspired by a novel version of the movie Unfriended on here, but it had an alternative ending where the whole thing turned out to be a dream, plus Laura was alive and still friends with Blaire. So yeah, I thought an AU like this would be cool, so I decided to make one myself. Basically none of the characters are assholes, and the events in the film don't happen here, plus none of them do any of the horrible acts in the film, cause like I said, this is an alternative version of the characters. Like the VHS fic, this will be a more wholesome and explore the friendship and relationships of the characters more. Keep in mind, just like VHS, I of course don't condone the actions of the original characters. I know this basically beats the purpose of the original film, but I'd really like to see a universe where everyone's good friends. There still will be swearing in this fic, because cmon, they're teenagers :P So basically to sum up the changes: 1. Laura never died, and is good friends with the main characters, but still best friends with Blaire. 2. The characters aren't assholes, such as Adam, but they'll still be foul mouthed and teasing towards each other. 3. Adam never sells weed or any other drugs. 4. Blaire never cheated on Mitch with Adam. 5. None of the characters did any of the things they revealed during the Never Have I Ever scene. Unfriended is owned by Universal Pictures, none of the characters belong to me.

Unfriended is a book that's based off the film. (In no way is this Wattpad book created by the makers of the film.) One year before the book's events, high school student Laura Barns (Heather Sossaman) committed suicide due to ridicule received over an embarrassing video of her passed out at a party. Six of her classmates, Blaire Lily (Shelley Hennig), Katherine Felton (Renee Olstead), James Rommel (Ron Halverson), Cameron Smith (Jacob Wysocki), Adam Sewell (Will Peltz) and Mitch Roussel (Jacob Storm), were especially horrible in their treatment of her, as they were unpopular and Laura was the most popular girl in school. A year later, the six classmates decide to get together to talk with one another via Skype, but are ill-prepared when an uninvited seventh person logs onto Laura's old Skype account and shows that he or she knows quite a bit about the prior year's events. The unknown person threatens the group and states that if they log out or stop talking, someone will die. The person torments the friends, by attacking them in their houses. As the chat progresses, the truth about who posted the video begins to emerge and other secrets are revealed that test their friendships. UPDATE - 5/16/2015: I finished up the story for everyone, just to let you know, I haven't seen Unfriended, some of the events in this story may haven't happened in the actual movie.
