Lori, Miranda, and Tess were best friends since first grade. Thick as thieves. Then one tragic night, Miranda goes missing. The sleepy little town of Maplewood is beside themselves as months pass with no word of the missing girl. Life goes on though and Lora and Tess are determined to move on as well. But can they?

Inspired by Unfriend (Cyber Natural) ------------- 5 years ago, a tragedy happened. 17 year old Alice Jase, killed herself because of Cyber Bullying. She was a popular girl and went in a party, she got drunk and passed out. Her friends made fun of her and posted it to youtube. When she noticed it after she woke up, she got many comments and text messages in her phone. "OMG! Your such a naughty girl. Like what? You passed out drinking alcohol and drugs?" even her boyfriend broke up. Her parents were crazy mad. She decided to suicide. And it was posted again. This time. She seeks revenge of whoever posted the video online. She's up to killing. Cyber bullying = Cyber Killing Becareful "LOG OUT!"

Me making more shameless wholesome versions of horror movies, and making horrible characters into likeable people lel This was mainly inspired by a novel version of the movie Unfriended on here, but it had an alternative ending where the whole thing turned out to be a dream, plus Laura was alive and still friends with Blaire. So yeah, I thought an AU like this would be cool, so I decided to make one myself. Basically none of the characters are assholes, and the events in the film don't happen here, plus none of them do any of the horrible acts in the film, cause like I said, this is an alternative version of the characters. Like the VHS fic, this will be a more wholesome and explore the friendship and relationships of the characters more. Keep in mind, just like VHS, I of course don't condone the actions of the original characters. I know this basically beats the purpose of the original film, but I'd really like to see a universe where everyone's good friends. There still will be swearing in this fic, because cmon, they're teenagers :P So basically to sum up the changes: 1. Laura never died, and is good friends with the main characters, but still best friends with Blaire. 2. The characters aren't assholes, such as Adam, but they'll still be foul mouthed and teasing towards each other. 3. Adam never sells weed or any other drugs. 4. Blaire never cheated on Mitch with Adam. 5. None of the characters did any of the things they revealed during the Never Have I Ever scene. Unfriended is owned by Universal Pictures, none of the characters belong to me.

At first going to the party seemed like a good idea, it sounded like a great way to start the summer holidays, a way to ease their minds and finally relax after yet another hard year of school. Thats how it started off, however as the night grew on and more beers were cracked open, the drunken side of the teenager lifestyle became more and more of a threat. And as a single video is leaked, the internet is proved deadlier than what one would think.
