Dovian, the last messenger of the Gods, must join forces with a longtime rival kingdom to rescue Mia from the Dark Gods' followers. The Gods are leaving the mortal realm. People have tried, and have failed, to reach out to her, and save her, but all to no use. She's too wild, and unreachable. Though, things get a little more interesting with a new police officer in town, one who is young and drop dead gorgeous. He makes Claire feel alive again, something that scares her, and nothing ever scares her. It seems he's determined to reach her, but she's unreachable... Right? Kane Smith is a 20 year old, brand new police officer. He has decided to move to a small town which has offered him a job as an officer, and to help start a program at their local high school in hopes of helping to teach the kids to stay out of trouble. But on the first day of the program, he meets Claire, a breath taking beautiful girl who on first sight intrigues him, and makes him want to reach her, to save her. Though everyone tells him to give up, that she's a lost cause, too wild, unreachable, he's determined to save this girl, but it won't be as easy as he thought...
