Unstable SMP from a POV of a character that wasn't chosen, character that build themselves to survive. He isn't a protagonist, he doesn't have a plot armor. He is at the mercy of the cruel script of the director, but he refuses to give in. What happens if Wemmbu actually dies? Will people miss him? Will they mourn his death? Or will they act as if nothing happens? Eggchan watches as his best friend dies, right in front of him, with no way to help or do anything. Hopeless. But even more hopeless from the feeling of loss. The blood of his friend on his hands, it will never disappear no matter how much he washed his hands over and over again. "I knew this rivalry would kill you one day.. but I-I didn't expect it to actually happen... not so fast..." MinuteTech was the first to receive the news from Egg. "I should've," he paused, "came along..." Minute muttered, regretting his decision. "He's not.. really dead.. is he...?" ParrotX2 asks, unsure how to react. "It- it's one of your pranks, again? Right? RIGHT?!" "He's dead... he's really dead..." SpokeIsHere's hand shook. In this moment, he was the most quiet he's ever been. "YOU'RE LYING, BRO." FlameFrags refused to acknowledge what Egg said. "THERE'S NO WAY HE'S DEAD! HE CAN'T BE DEAD!" "..." ManePear stood still, silent and unmoving. His expression hidden away from the world. "Did I push him too hard...?"

"It's all yours." Parrot dropped the spyglass on the pressure plate and balked away. "Parrot what have you done" I ask the air. The spyglass floats above the pressure plate, I knew I was running out of time. I had five minutes. Five more minutes of life, five more minutes on this server. The director part of me wanted to live, wanted to escape, to not let Parrot go. And the Wifies part of me, the part of me I buried, that I wanted to die, to end the suffering. He knew that I was too far gone, that I- No. We didn't deserve to live in the same world as Parrot. yay another book. based in a AU after the season 2 finale. The life steal panel was invited to vidcon. You are coincidentally there. You haven't heard of a lot of life stealers, knowing only parrot and rekrap. So when you stumble into FlameFrags on the way to the Lifesteal panel, trouble ensues. Except not everything is as it seems, and secrets and plot twists of a new world appear.

Wemmbu felt exhaustion creep in like a creeper stalking him through the shadows, getting closer with every heartbeat, waiting to explode. He looked up. Flame was standing on a stone block, calm, deadly, unrelenting. Wemmbu knew he was outmatched... but getting caught wasn't an option. He refused. Maybe... maybe he could fake it again. Not the invisible knight this time - that mask was shattered the moment Flame and Parrot revealed it. He scanned his inventory. Calm. Calculating. Smirk creeping across his face. With a practiced flick, he opened his elytra and shot skyward. Ignoring the arrow that pierced it, he propelled himself as high as he could, counting rockets - ten. Ten chances to put the distance between him and the render limit, to vanish from sight. And then... he grabbed the fishing rod. The one relic left to him, rotting in his inventory since the Mafia days. He flicked it with precision. One pull, one perfect swing. And just like that, he was gone. Do you want me to do that next?

After Wemmbu supposedly disappeared, FlameFrags' mentality went downhill. His world collapsed and his sense of identity faltered. After all their fights, all their ridiculous chases, it now felt quiet-empty. The adrenaline from their matches kept him on the toes, and perhaps he became addicted to this feeling. But now, there was no more of that. No more fights, no more adrenaline, no more purpose. Just the pain of the withdrawals. Flame refused to believe Wemmbu was dead. How could the man who stood next to him-the strongest Minecraft player-die? And to who? On yet another wild goose chase, Flame adventured through half of the Unstable Universe in efforts to find Wemmbu. A journey of denial and anger, and admist his path, came trailing behind-love.
