OC story Himawari Kocho is a member of the CIA and FBI, probably because her dad is in the FBI and her mom is a CIA agent. She's trained since she was 5 to defend her self, even taking down a few police officers at 14 years old, on top of that she's trained in parkour, stunt driving, gymnastics, and also a great strategist and extremely skilled in all kinds of self defense and combat she could probably take down a marine.
