Completed! This is a Yuri!!! On Ice fanfiction following the four main characters (Victor, Yuuri, Yuri(o), and Otabek if you weren't sure) through life after season one. Fair warning, when I started this I had no plot-- one developed but it took a bit. The beginning is mainly fluff but once the story (for all intents and purposes) starts, it'll improve drastically. Yuuri is a 26 y/o sartor in Vragala, a kingdom ruled by a king who doesn't seem to leave the castle much at all. He works under Miss Baranovskaya, known to Yuuri by Miss Lilia, to pay off his parents debt, which he still doesn't seem to know what for. Viktor is the 30 y/o shut-in king of Vragala. He hasn't stepped outside in years, let alone visited the town he rules over. He spends his days walking around the castle, gazing out windows and occasionally opening the doors to the garden, looking for something, or someone. When the two of their paths cross, it's like the two of them were just waiting for the other to find them. They get to know each other, secrets are shared and pasts are revealed and realized. But when one of them is put in serious danger, it's up to the other to save him, and the rest of the kingdom.

Victor reaching thirty four years of age and still being unmated, was very much disappointing for super fan Yuuri Katsuki. More disappointing, was that the skater had basically disappeared over the last year. So when the Russian turns up in Hasetsu, Yuuri thinks he's officially going insane. Yuri Katsuki has recently transferred to a new school as a transfer student from Japan. Adjusting to a new school is hard, but even harder as a first year in an American high school! Although school is rough, he discovers a club, where he meets a few interesting people. It's a figure skating club, run by Yuko, who kindly welcomes Yuri, but some current members aren't so welcoming. However, skating has always been a place where Yuri could escape, and he wasn't going to let anyone keep that from him. However, with every high school, is that one particular upperclassman, who happens to be in the same club Yuri has just joined. Will this boy keep Yuri from the one place where he feels safe, or will he open up a new world Yuri never knew existed?

True love is relentless, persistent and never gives up, but true love only occurs when there is a mutual connection. Otherwise at some point, it becomes desperate.
