Chorro un blastoise más pequeño de lo usual, intentando encajar en un mundo de Pokémones de tamaño normal e incluso más grande de lo habitual, su condición no es un impedimento para volverse poderoso, pero, a él no le interesan esas reglas de la naturaleza Pokémon y busca hacerse fuerte entrenando día y noche, con amigos que lo quieren como es, buscando también la fuerzá absoluta.
