However, as she and he both mature within a corrupted, regal world, scandals begin forming that entirely disrupt her relationship with her best friend. The scandals of their regal world revolve around heritage, a corrupt king, and an ancient prophecy that destined one of them to save the other from a life of villainy and evil. With all the odds of the world stacked against them, it seems impossible for Loki and Amara to emerge victorious, but the world has never faced a duo quite like this before, either.

This is a rewrite of the original Jormungandr's story , little more Mythologically accurate and no random bullshit. So let's begin... Loki the God of Tricks and Lies bore four children. Odin Lord of the Aesir was afraid...afraid of the Prophecy of Ragnarok and the Children's part to play in them. The first three born were taken, imprisoned and killed. The Fourth was born years later as a gift to the Alfather from Loki.
