Four 19 year old girls visit their lake house for the summer and plan to have a testosterone free visit. These girls bought this house online when they were seventeen and only use it during the summer, little do they know the previous owner of the house sold it to a group of boys as well, and they only visit in the winter. When the boys take an unexpected trip to the lake house, they were greeted with screaming girls in Calvin Klein pajamas. Awkward, right? Well both groups are very stubborn and neither will abort their plans of spending their summer at the house, so what do they do? They share it. During this time, one of them receive an e-mail, explaining that the owner died and left his will in the house, whoever finds the will gets to keep the house for good. But the plot thickens as it's not the house that each person desires, it's the people inside it. A story filled with romance, friendship, loss and most importantly, different characters going through very similar situations find themselves in a way least expected.
