ive always liked the idea of X Male! readers, especially because there arent many, and also because im male myself. i also really like daves character. he just seems so real to me. again, i have no idea what im doing, i just hope this turns out okay.

Karkat has always had a bit of a problem with being nice to others. That's why he doesn't stay in relationships for too long. They come and go, just because he doesn't kniw how to control his anger. Then came Dave. He understood Karkat's anger issues, even so a bit more than Karkat did himself. The two grow to be close friends and develop feelings for one another. Yet, both are too nervous for their own good.

Dave and Karkat are both having some deep and depressing thoughts while alone on the meteor and need someone to talk to.  Who better than a fellow Class member? But when you wallow in your pity around someone else wallowing in their own long enough, you start to share pity. And pitying one another is an inevitable thing that they can't escape, no matter how hard they try. (MAINLY BECAUSE IT IS MY OTP MUAHAHAHAHAHA)

Davekat angst. Alternatively titled: In which Karkat is dying, Dave is sad, there is Davekat, crying, blood and probably a few annoying vague areas in which the lovely author will leave you to figure out.

Karkat makes a decision when he creates himself and his friends with ectobiology. Ectobiology wasn't supposed to create mutants.

A girl named Victoria Night gets a crush on her best friend.... David Elizabeth Strider who isn't popular like him and isn't as "cool" as the Strider. John, Sollux, and Terezi are flushed for her, will she be destined with Dave or will her sights change towards someone who will notice her.

Spin off of Karkat's falling into lava. Kanaya goes after her beloved son-like Karkat.
