Meanwhile, Lycurgus is unsure whether he wants to help his old doctor start a war, and the Mai Shashi has some news for them, about the Shriekers, and on how she got mixed in the current situation. What does Alice have planned, who is she really, and who was the person Sharon saw in her dream?

When I first wrote this poem, It was originally a story called "The Sands of Time". It was supposed to be about a beautiful vase that kept getting dropped until it turned into sand but even when it was sand, it never stopped believing that it was a beautiful vase. But now I changed the title and the story. What inspired the change was that someone I really cared about didn't feel as beautiful as they "used to be" and somebody else made them feel worse by saying something they shouldn't have. I for one think that they look beautiful and I hope they know that they're loved then, now, and later.
