Set in an alternate universe. Two countries named Ocren and Eskor is at war for many years. Hilal is an Eskorian spy who works in disguise as a nurse in an Ocren battleground hospital. For those who are ardent lovers of Hileon, this is a new story! Hilal and Leon grew up in the same town, but even though Leon always sought Hilal's attention, she was a reserved and bookish girl. This didn't change much as they grew up. But a little mishap at a river bank forces those two to marry. Hilal running a settlement house and Leon being a succefull cotton-millowner only adds to the conflicts and misunderstandings between these two.
