This story is my alternate ending to ‘The Divergent Series’ by Veronica Roth. I did not write the beautifully written ‘Divergent Series’ - I am a fan of it, a massive fan, hence this piece of fanfiction. This story commences when Tris enters the Weapons Lab at the end of 'Divergent: Allegiant’. Unlike in Veronica’s story, in mine Tris takes a weapon in with her. All characters are the same.

What would life have been like if there was no war for Tris and her friends? What would've happened if life had gone normal. Tris, Uriah, Tobias, Christina, Marlene, Lynn, Will, and Tori are all alive and they're living they way they should have in Dauntless. One day Tris and her friends are walking around and they over hear Eric talking to someone, Johanna, the leader of the Amity Compound about people outside of the fence. Overtime the factionless have also been disapearing. Tris and her friends decide to go and find out what's going on by leaving the fence, but what will they do alone in the outside world with no knowledge of what they are going to be dealing with?
