Before Violet there was Emily. Her family had been through a long process of divorce, and once the decision was final, Emily and her father decided to move away. They decide to move into the all too famous "Murder House" for a fresh start. But what happens when Emily meets an undead lover boy named Tate? And what secrets lie within the house itself? Tate and Violet have been trying to avoid each other since "the incident" but it is becoming to hard and someone has to make a move.

*This is the continuation of Tate and Violet three years after Afterbirth.* The past three years have not been easy for Violet or for Tate. Violet has been haunted by her endless love for him, and by the very concept that one of her little brothers is Tate, her ex boyfriend's son. She is caught between trying to let him go, and grasping onto every piece of him that she could possibly keep with her. Tate has been cooped up in the basement for the past three years, left to soak in his guilt and to relive every memory he has ever had with Violet. His love for her has not faded at all, in fact, being without her only fueled his need for her. She has his heart tight in her hands, and he knows that that would be the place it would remain forever. Maybe there's a chance for them to have their forever. But then again, maybe not.

No matter how hard constance tried to keep Michael away from the house next door, he always found his way in. Michael, who was completely oblivious of the dark history if the house, was always drawn to it. He found comfort in the darkness and the silence. He also found comfort in the young girl that saved him from the creature in the basement. Her name was Violet.

When eight year old Michael appears one day as if he was a ghost, Tate enrolls Violet to help find him, and figure out what happened. Scars is all about how sometimes, you can find love in the place you least expect it.

Alaina is less than an adverage teen. Nothing scares her. She's seen worse then you would ever think of. When she moves into the Murder House, her life changes. Her family loses their minds while she adapts to the new found residents of the house.
