Back in 1998, I self-published a 'zine' at a local printers. It took all sorts of hassle, striving and saving to produce something which would always look a bit crappy. Now that Wattpad has enabled everyone to present graphic media in experimental ways, here's a bit of a throwback to a less lustrous era which might still inspire a few storytelling possibilities, or at least amuse fellow fans of a magnificent movie.

(UPDATES EVERY SUNDAY) You don't believe in God, Lucas? That's okay. He believes in you. And he's coming for you... There's some seriously weird shit happening to Lucas. First, a runaway bus nearly puts him ten feet under, and no one can explain exactly what happened. Next, an asteroid the size of said bus destroys half the city block, and nearly takes Lucas with it. What the hell is happening? And how long is he supposed to cheat death with nothing but the sarcastic new girl from his class and a seriously lame sense of humor?

Life is good. I take part time jobs to help out with money. It bring smiles at dinner with my Mom and sister. Mom got sick, so I focus more on working. When Mom died I coped day by day. When my sister got married she suggested I move away. It was good, I had a job with decent pay. Work and alone time. Then one day, the world turned bright. Everyday there were new surprises. A symphony whispers in the flick of a butterfly wing. Then a deity fell to earth. She took me away, and sought to cure my waning days. You have to love someone like that, right. There is a great divide in all kind of things, so I got "Friend Zoned". She changed me and gave me a new life. Something to experience with joy day by day. The first chapter was inspired by the phrase "Hauntingly Beautiful Girls".
