Some things i never said out loud. Some things i didn't even realize i felt... This isn't poetry. This is just me being honest in pieces. Raw thoughts. quiet realizations. The kind of feelings you don't always know how to explain but you feel them anyway. Maybe you'll see yourself in some of this. Maybe you won't. Either way... this is what's been on my mind.

it's complicated and I'm going to get it off my chest

Some little writings about mental health, I use mine as a reference. I feel like mental health is such a huge issue and nobody ever feels comfortable talking about it, because either they feel like it's putting a burden on the person listening or the person listening doesn't know how to react to it. At some point, how you feel mentally has to be talked about. I don't know if you'll relate to what I post or what I write, but it's also how I feel and struggle with on a daily basis.
