And as of the current year in the human calendar, 100,000 worlds and a handful of alien species in a commonwealth were under its control and the human empire breaching outside of the Orion Arm and to colonize more planets, venturing forth into greater heights of what humanity can be And on the year 14,999, humanity made contact with not one, not two, and not three, but 7 alien empires of equal or greater than humanity. This gave humanity a great "Xeno Scare" which prompted a millenia worth of R&D to make up for their small size with a massive technological boost even if the young race was small compared to the massive empires of those unknown 7 Empires wont lag behind amongst those possible hostile threats In the year 16,200 Humanity waged campaigns, battles and Skirmishes each of those 7 Empires in contested worlds to take and conquer and these civilizations are aware of humanity's small presence but at the same time impressive technological scale. Humanity is a small empire on a galactic scale but it can punch above its weight class with its massive tech to boost themselves internally and externally
