Coney Island, 1936. Bucky Barnes uses his last three dollars to win a stuffed animal for a pretty redhead he nicknames Dot. Eight years later, they meet again in London, in the midst of World War II. Seventy years later, they meet once more amid the Sokovia Accords. Life keeps bringing them back together, even when they seem to be separated forever. (English isn't my first language but I'm trying my best to translate it fast :)

Basically, this is just the Black Panther in MHA. The Accords laid the groundwork for the quirk hero era, Wakanda is still seen as an underdeveloped African country. What happens when T'Challa's father is killed before his beginning attendance at UA High? How will class 1-A come to learn the truth of Wakanda? When will you get tired of reading this description and actually read the book?

Along the way he has to deal with his own demons and decide what to do with this second chance at life. Story starts two days after the end of the movie's last big battle. The story is humorus while exploring the idea of what happens when you fail, win, and what's important in life.
