Faith Anna Rogers is Steve Rogers Missing Daughter when he was pronounced dead she was kidnapped by Hydra not long after she was there for a month before she was put into a freeze chamber she was in there for 71 years. She was only 8 at the time so she still looked like an 8 year old. But before she went into a freeze chamber she was experimented on. Her powers needed time to come through but Hydra didn't think to wait so when she showed no powers they put her in a freeze chamber. When she was found her powers started to show up randomly.
