A mermaid dies from a giant boat. So the queen is strict about letting the people cross the border. They're supposed to keep their heads under the water. Maria ignores the rules. Her and JoJo like to sit on the shore. But a ship swam across the mermaid kingdom. Maria is captured by pirates. Everyone thinks she's dead. JoJo tries to look for her. They weren't prepared for a huge storm. JoJo gets caught in the storm. The ship sinks to the bottom of sea. Maria wakes up on an island. She has the chance to escape. But she runs into other pirates from the ship. Sammy is the son of the captain. He has a lot of experience with the ocean. Samantha grew up in a rich family. Her parents never wanted her to be a pirate. But she's living her dream. Roger was the baddest pirate. He was a thief. And Fran's father builds ships. She's good at constructing. They're all stuck on a island. The discover hidden tunnels. Maria and Sammy fall in love. Maria wishes she had legs. The captain is dead. But his assistant is looking for Maria.
