Archie and his friends go camping after a brutal incident that took place at Riverdale High. They just want to distract themselves and enjoy a little since they felt as though they had grown distant from each other. Helena lives with her adoptive mother (Gladys) and sister (Jellybean) in Toledo. She doesn't know her real parents, only that her mom was a part of The Southside Serpents, a gang in Riverdale. About her father, she doesn't know anything. Helena and her adoptive mother are always fighting because she wants Helena to join her local Serpent group and lead it while Helena wants nothing more than to be a writer. The only reason she has kept up with her adoptive mother is because of her sister. But when she finally has a shot on making her dream come true, Helena chooses the risk. But she discovers a lot more than she had ever imagined.
